Parish Plan

In 2010 the Council published a Parish Plan and delivered a copy to every household in the parish. You can download a PDF of the Plan here.

The Plan includes a summary of all the preparatory work and the comments on responses to the questionnaire and the resulting action plans, which showed that many of the related actions had already been completed. In fact the Plan is really much more than the printed document since it reflects the considerable work involved with the initial household survey exercise, the questionnaire distribution, subsequent detailed analysis, the design and print of the Plan document and, of course, what might have happened or could still happen as a result all this effort.

Parish Plans have no formal status in terms of planning policy. What they do provide is a framework, highlighting issues and hopefully stimulating ideas and actions.
